Set the scene…
In today’s scripture reading, we follow Priscilla and her husband, Aquila, as they serve the early church alongside Paul. Acts 18:1–3 recounts how Paul met couple in Corinth, Greece. Sharing the common trade of tentmaking, the three began working together.

Eventually, Paul sailed with Priscilla and Aquila to Ephesus, where they remained after he departed. This husband and wife team made significant impacts on the Ephesian and Corinthian churches. We join them in their story with a Jewish man named Apollos.
